We also operate Signal Raptor, a standalone software solution that enhances brand exposure and supports business scaling.**Role**The Brand Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting business functions including relationship management, business development, sales support, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to help drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.**Responsibilities**- Complete rotation of 8 different areas of the organization to learn, grow, and develop.- Complete rotations across 8 different areas of the organization to learn, grow, and develop a strong understanding of the business.- Design Work: Support the creation of visual assets, presentations, and creative materials for internal and client-facing projects.- Client Pitching: Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations, and support client meetings and follow-ups.- Social Media: Help plan, create, schedule, and analyze social media content across multiple platforms.- Sales: Support sales initiatives by assisting with prospect research, outreach preparation, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups.- Marketing and Lead Generation: Assist in campaign execution, lead nurturing efforts, and performance tracking across marketing channels.- SaaS Operations: Support day-to-day SaaS operations, including platform setup, user management, reporting, and process optimization.- Writing, Content, Podcasts, and Influencers: Assist with content creation, copywriting, podcast coordination, influencer outreach, and content distribution.- Assist with CRM management, lead generation reporting, and team follow-ups to meet KPIs.- Conduct outreach to influencers, research potential leads, and nurture partnership relationships.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and client satisfaction.- Contribute to process improvements, problem-solving, and data analysis initiatives.**Results**- Efficiently manage relationships for improved client satisfaction and partnerships.- Drive business growth through successful outreach and revenue opportunities.- Provide timely sales support, enhancing efficiency and client retention.- Ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction through collaboration.- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.- Analyze data and provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.- Demonstrate professionalism and effective teamwork for a positive work environment.- Drive towards achieving KPIs and deliverables for tangible results.- Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in achieving organizational**Requirements**:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Attention to detail and analytical thinking- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Excel; Airtable/GHL a plus)- Adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills- Team-oriented with customer focus and emotional intelligence- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative roles preferred**Remuneration & Rewards**- Remote independent contractor position (40 hrs/week)- Competitive compensation based on experience and region- Growth opportunities within a scaling marketing and PR company- Access to professional development resources and training- Regular performance reviews with clear advancement pathways- **The starting pay for this position is $580 USD.**_Tipo de vaga: Autônomo / PJPagamento: a partir de R$3.100,00 por mêsPergunta(s) de seleção:- How many years of full time experience do you have in this field?Idioma:- Inglês (obrigatório)
