We are looking for a driven and strategic Account Director/Client Partner at USA location. Title: Client Partner | Job Level: Director / Senior Director | Area(s) of responsibility as described in the posting. This is a Sr Director/Sales role within Birlasoft.
Responsibilities- Develop sales strategies to drive revenue expansion and increase market share.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure, for large and medium-sized projects.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives and expand market reach.
- Develop and implement plans to pursue and acquire new business opportunities.
- Experience in senior sales leadership roles (Director/Senior Director level).
- Proven ability to lead sales cycles and close deals with large and medium-sized projects.
- Strategic thinker with strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
