Location & Remote Work Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week. They are structured as follows: Application Phone interview with Recruiters Case Interview with Hiring Manager and/or stakeholders Offer About the team and the role Staff Product Manager responsibilities at QuintoAndar: Lead a senior product squad, prioritizing its bets and coordinating cross initiatives. Influence business strategy and product organization. Help the business to scale fast and enable sustainable growth. Lead OKRs planning and quarterly roadmap for the squad. Drive strategy and ensure execution flows as planned. Ensure your squad is well organized, productive, and happy. Iterate rituals and integrate product, operations, design, engineering, data, and QA. Deep dive into execution, gather inputs, and discuss the end-game solution with key stakeholders. Set expectations and help the team translate complex problems into product vision and roadmap. Kick-off new discovery streams, anticipate pilots, and validate hypotheses before quarterly planning. Ensure we are using engineering wisely. Study big trends that affect your product. Bring insights from outside and connect dots. Coach APMs. Provide training and invest in people development. Play a key role in the PM hiring process and help us to scale an A-player team. Requirements Please only apply if you fulfill these: Product track record: you have proven you are a great Product Manager, delivering high-impact solutions. Leadership skills: you have worked in leadership positions, successfully managing cross-functional teams. Hard skills: you are analytical and tuned into industry benchmarks to solve client needs. We seek exceptional problem solvers. Design thinking: demonstrated ability to gather user requirements and convert them into a compelling product vision. Fast pace: you are used to aggressive launch dates and decisions in a fast-changing environment. We will like you even better if: Your CV includes a couple of years in a very analytical job; strategy consultants as product managers with hands-on experience are valued.
