Missão do Cargo

A Board Academy está em busca de um Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) para liderar a estratégia de geração de receita da empresa. Essa posição desempenha um papel fundamental na integração das áreas de marketing, vendas, produto e customer success, garantindo o crescimento sustentável e lucrativo da organização.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Assegurar que a empresa atinja suas metas de receita.
  • Desenvolver e executar estratégias de marketing eficazes.
  • Impulsionar o crescimento das vendas e otimizar a experiência do cliente.
  • Supervisionar a estratégia de geração de receita e retenção de clientes.
  • Maximizar a lucratividade e fortalecer a presença da marca no mercado.
  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com todas as áreas para impulsionar a receita da organização.
    • Conhecimento avançado em técnicas de vendas e estratégias de marketing digital.
    • Domínio de CRM e ferramentas de análise, como Google Analytics.
    • Capacidade de interpretar gráficos, relatórios e métricas de desempenho.
    • Visão estratégica e pensamento crítico para tomada de decisões.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação.
    • Conhecimento do mercado e tendências do setor.
    • Paixão pela missão e valores da Board Academy.
