Essential Job Functions: Receive, review, and process import documentation for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Obtain and coordinate; Customs clearance and any required releases from other governmental agencies, arranging final delivery and issuing invoices in accordance with Customer’s SOPs; Monitor import transactions and promptly report any issues, deviations, or irregularities to supervisory personnel; Provide timely and high-quality customer service by proactively updating clients on the status of their shipments; Coordinate the release of cargo with carriers and manage Customs or other governmental inspections when required. Monitor, organize, and control on-hand warehouse receipts to ensure visibility, accuracy, and operational efficiency throughout the import process; Track, analyze, and maintain all relevant KPIs, ensuring performance targets and service levels are consistently met. Other Skills & Abilities: Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to client needs and requests. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, including business, technical, and regulatory materials. Strong attention to detail with well-developed organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. Solid knowledge of international operations and freight/logistics optimization. Strong planning, time management, collaboration, decision-making, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to develop, document, and maintain processes and procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, interact with senior management, and manage conflict with professionalism, flexibility, and a positive attitude. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in International Business/Logistic or related field required; Minimum 2 years related experience.
