Job Description: As a key member of our technical team, the successful Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our sales and service cloud platforms. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese, as well as hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration of roles, profiles, flows, validation rules, and data migration.
