Job Description This is a Talent Pool from where we extract talents according to hiring demand. When applying please don’t expect to have a short‑term follow up. Responsibilities Project Manager will take responsibility for end‑to‑end service delivery to ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective service. Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages. Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets; manage general contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants. Review construction proposals and related pricing/scopes, correct and assess work‑in‑place; approve capital expenditure spends and revise cost estimates prepared by contractors and others within a client’s organization. Plan, organize, schedule, direct, and control the delivery of the project on time. Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip. Run and lead client and other required meetings, presenting updates to the client at all project stages. Identify factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data. Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design‑build changes take place during construction. Review requests for payment; track and ensure equipment meets the project schedule. Record occurrences that may result in a claim and act on the client’s behalf. Advocate on the part of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders. Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews on the project. Review and approve final invoices, payment applications, and retention payments. Oversee and manage the transfer of building operations to the client, including all close‑out documentation and warranties. Develop strong client‑facing relationships; confidently present to clients and stakeholders. Be assertive and detail‑oriented, identify potential issues early and raise them in the appropriate forum for resolution. Demonstrate record of accomplishment in the delivery of relevant projects. Possess advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations. Manage team with ability to lead, ensuring client expectations are met. Manage revenue, team resources, and priorities to meet client expectations. Qualifications Experience working in a similar position. Construction experience is mandatory. Engineering degree or any construction related degree is mandatory. Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus. Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
