Job Title Senior QA Analyst About the Role As a Senior QA Analyst , you will play a critical role in ensuring our digital products meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and performance. You will lead the design, execution, and automation of test strategies, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and product owners to build resilient, user‑centric applications. About Gen‑e2 While the market is still largely AI‑augmenting delivery, we have reinvented the SDLC to be AI First . Our approach is a game‑changer in productivity and quality, with strong collaboration between generative AI and our best talents. We now generate up to 95% of the full digital product—code, documentation, infrastructure as code, and even design—using GitHub Copilot. Quality consistently exceeds the output of our top traditional engineering teams. A product repository houses all artifacts, providing AI with full context for better‑quality generation. A library of reusable rules and prompts defines our coding standards, design principles, and security guidelines. With Gen‑e2, we deliver end‑to‑end products 2–3× faster while raising the bar for engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute manual and automated end‑to‑end tests to ensure product quality. Develop and maintain unit tests in C# to verify business logic and code quality. Implement and run integration tests that validate communication between different system components. Perform manual and automated front‑end testing using tools like Cypress, Selenium, or similar. Define test plans, acceptance criteria, and validation strategies based on technical and business requirements. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality checks. Collaborate with cross‑functional agile teams to identify risks early and promote a culture of quality across the SDLC. Qualifications Proven experience designing and executing end‑to‑end testing strategies. Proficiency in unit testing with C# (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, or similar frameworks). Solid experience in integration testing for backend and distributed systems. Hands‑on experience with front‑end testing frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or similar. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working in cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset for issue prevention and resolution. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Nice to have: experience testing REST APIs, performance testing, security testing, or mobile testing.
