What’s the opportunity?

  • We are seeking an SEC Reporting Accountant to join our Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting team. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting consolidated financial statements and SEC filings (Forms 6-K and 20-F) in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 6-K and 20-F.
  • Prepare supplemental notes to the consolidated financial statements.
  • Review and validate financial data and disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in drafting technical accounting memorandums aligned with IFRS.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely and complete audits.

What skills do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Prior audit experience at a Big Four or similar firm.
  • Experience with publicly traded companies (SEC-regulated) is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
