**Summary**About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage $150K-$500K/month in ad spend across multiple lead generation accounts. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting — all while collaborating with a seasoned internal team.**Responsibilities**:- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) with significant daily budgets- Create and refine ad copy, campaign structure, tracking, targeting, and budgets- Ensure accurate attribution using Hyros, Google Tag Manager, offline conversions, and API integrations- Monitor daily performance, reduce wasted spend, and scale successful campaigns- Share performance insights with our internal team and occasionally with clients- Operate with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and data-driven decision-makingRequired Qualifications:- Proven success managing $5,000+/day in Google Ads- Strong experience in lead generation (local services, legal, health, financial, or trades preferred)- Mastery of Google Ads Manager, conversion tracking, keyword/audience strategy- Familiarity with Hyros, Google Tag Manager, and sending offline conversions to Google Ads- Excellent written and spoken English- Ability to work full-time during Eastern Time (ET) business hours- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindsetCompensation:- $3,000-$5,000/month USD, depending on experience- Stable, long-term opportunity with a high-performing team- Autonomy in your role — we value expertise and resultsNice to Have:Experience working in an agency settingComfort in interfacing with clients in a professional setting**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, PermanentPay: From R$16,210.80 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in managing at least $5000/day on Google Ads spend for at least 12 consecutive months?
