What you’ll do for us Design and implement deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Gitlab, Ansible, Puppet, or similar to automate building, testing, and deployment processes. Manage and maintain the infrastructure for deployment pipelines, including servers, databases, load balancers, and other resources. Monitor the performance of applications deployed in production environments and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Ensure the security and compliance of the deployment process and applications, including implementing security measures such as SSL certificates, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. Collaborate with developers to understand requirements, ensure alignment with the development process, and support successful deployment. Continuously improve deployment processes through automation, identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency gains. Provide support to customers and end‑users as needed, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to deployed applications. Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful and timely deployment of software applications. Participate in on‑call rotations to provide 24/7 support for our platform. Have the ability and flexibility to work with teams globally, across time zones. What you’ll have 5+ years of experience in a deployment role. Masters Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management OR 7+ years of experience in a deployment role with a Bachelor’s degree. Certification in any of the following: AWS, Azure, GCP or K8. Experience deploying and maintaining applications in any one of the clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with cloud‑based environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with Dockers or similar and experience with Kubernetes or similar. Strong technical skills in automation, continuous integration, and deployment practices. Working knowledge with Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, etc. Administration of databases (MS SQL, Mongo).
