We are looking for a passionate Game Operations Intern to join our team at NetEase Games. In this role, you will support our operations team in Brazil across Product & Community Operations. This is a unique opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of managing a global live service game with over 100 million downloads, from gathering insights that drive product improvements to building strong player communities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in analyzing player behavior, feedback, and in-game data to help guide product decisions and live updates.
  • Assist in creating and running initiatives that engage our community, from online campaigns to grassroots activities.
  • Collaborate with local content creators and streamers, helping to activate campaigns that grow the player base.
  • Contribute to adapting content and campaigns for the Brazil market, ensuring cultural accuracy and local relevance.

Requirements

  • Passion for video games or esports
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in product operations, community building, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to work remotely with an international team.
