We are looking for a Chatbot Developer, who wants to learn and transform their career.
In this role you will:
- Identify the scope and feasibility for the implementation.
- Develop Kore AI and other Bot capabilities.
- Support and maintain Bots.
- Have architectural knowledge on Bots.
- Create and develop AI/ML models.
- Design, code, test, and maintain the bots.
- Work on architectural solutions and feasibility analysis, adding automation in the environment.
And much better if you stand out for:
- Programming Languages: JavaScript, Node JS, Python.
- Omnichannel Chat Bot delivery in multiple projects.
- Expertise in AI/ML – Intent & Entities Modelling, NLU Utterances.
- Expertise in Automation.
- Defining end-to-end process automation development and strategy.
- Understanding and experience of Agile methodology, Scrum.
- Technical Leadership of the team – requirement mapping, guiding developers, quality control of technical deliverables.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, having presented design thought leadership to diverse audiences, from client executives to technical team members.
Desirable Skills:
- Kore.AI bot understanding/hands-on experience.
- Conversational Design.
- Understanding/experience on Conversational AI platforms like Kore.ai is a plus.
- Experience in either of the verticals is a plus - Media or Information Services.
