Senior Recruitment Consultant

We would be looking for applicants to have prior recruitment experience, ideally a minimum of 2-3 years with a relevant business related degree qualification. The role is highly autonomous and suits a recruiter who is self-motivated, can drive their own market plan and does not need KPI's to deliver against target. As an experienced recruiter, you know what is required to achieve results and how to manage your time most effectively.
We typically focus on permanent roles and operate with no threshold on billings; commission is paid on all placements with the total amount received ranging from 11 - 20%. You are in full control of your earnings and career at CSG.
With offices in the UK, Dubai and Australia and with plans to grow into the United States international transfers and secondments are available to stand out performers. Further benefits include working from home, extended lunches / late starts for gym attendance and Half Day Fridays.
