We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Campinas. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to our Treasury team. Responsibilities / Tasks Monitor incoming payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables Collect and research accounts payable data using SAP ERP Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts (customers and vendors subledger) Develop alternative solutions for accounts payable and account receivable challenges Analyze account receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts Coordinate with internal teams customers and vendors to resolve payment issues Prepare and analyze reports on accounts payable and advance payments Assist in forecasting cash inflows and outflows and contribute to overall liquidity planning Ensure all payments comply with GEA policies and procedures Support BPOs PTP (Procure to Pay) RTR (Record to Report) and OTC (Order to Cash) teams Request and control bonds and guarantees Proceed with account receivable dunning and collection Your Profile / Qualifications Ensure account payable and receivable accuracy and compliance in collaboration with internal teams. Support internal and external audits Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or related fields. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
