About the Role Property Leads is a fast-growing real estate lead generation and data company. We’re looking for aPaid Media Ad Copywriterwho can crafthigh-performing copyacross multiple digital channels. This role blendscreative storytellingwithperformance marketing expertise , you’ll write, test, and optimize ad copy that drives engagement and lead generation. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to develop data-driven ad messaging that scales across platforms. ResponsibilitiesCopywriting for PerformanceWrite and test compelling copy for paid ads acrossMeta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube .Craftheadlines, primary text, CTAs, scripts , and short-form hooks that align with each platform’s audience behavior.Adapt messaging for various funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to optimize conversions.Collaborate with designers and video editors to align visuals and copy for cohesive creative execution.Creative Strategy & OptimizationDevelop multiple copy variations forA/B testingand analyze performance metrics likeCTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate .Usedata insightsand feedback from the Paid Media team to refine messaging and improve outcomes.Research competitors, market trends, and ad libraries to identify new creative angles.Maintain an organized library of top-performing headlines, hooks, and frameworks.AI & AutomationLeverageAI toolssuch asChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or Runwayto assist in scriptwriting, ideation, and ad copy generation.Experiment withAI-driven testingto quickly iterate and scale winning copy.Collaboration & WorkflowWork with theCreative, Media Buying, and Strategy teamsto ensure copy aligns with campaign goals.Meet deadlines for consistent delivery of new ad variations.Take initiative in creative brainstorming sessions and performance reviews.Expected OutcomesIncreased ad engagement and click-through rates (CTR).Improved conversion rates and reduced cost per acquisition (CPA).Faster creative testing cycles through AI and automation.Consistent production of fresh, high-performing copy variants.QualificationsRequired3–5 years of experience writing copy forpaid media(Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or Google).Strong understanding ofperformance metrics(CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and how copy impacts them.Proven track record indirect response, lead generation, or performance marketing .Excellent command ofEnglish , with attention to detail and tone adaptation.Experience usingAI toolsto ideate or generate ad concepts and scripts.Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.PreferredExperience inreal estate, e-commerce, or lead generationindustries.Familiarity withUGC-style scriptingand short-form video ad copy.Basic understanding ofmedia buyingand campaign structure.Knowledge ofAI-driven creative workflows(text-to-video, voiceovers, etc.).BenefitsCompetitive compensation100% remote work-from-anywhere environmentCollaborative, innovative culture that values data, creativity, and growth
