Buscamos alguém apaixonado por entender o comportamento do usuário e que será responsável pela evolução de forma consistente dos nossos produtos digitais através da produção e protótipos e interfaces. Terá sob sua responsabilidade, o desafio de promover uma cultura de testes, onde nosso maior objetivo será otimizar constantemente nossos produtos, atuando nas frentes de análise, hipóteses, testes e acompanhamento.**Responsabilidades e atribuições**- Sólida experiência com storytelling: desenvolvimento de ideias de forma oral e por meio de entregáveis, como apresentações, storyboards, blueprints, diagramas, entre outros;- Conduzir testes/discovery de/com usuário/análises heurísticas, consolidar feedbacks e sugerir ajustes de acordo com os insights detectados;- Prototipar fluxos e telas (mockup e de alta qualidade), em softwares destinados para este desenvolvimento (Figma);- Conhecer e aplicar práticas como Inception, Design Thinking e Design Sprints para construção das propostas do time de CX;- Planejar jornadas cross platform que entreguem excelência na experiência de usuário em todo o ecossistema de produtos Autopass (Apps, ATMs, etc.);- Trabalhar em conjunto com grupos de trabalho multidisciplinares na definição e implementação de soluções inovadoras;- Acompanhar a fase de desenvolvimento para certificar o atendimento aos requisitos de UX/CX e resolver eventuais conflitos;- Escrever e manter todas as documentações e guias de CX claros, precisos e funcionais;- Buscar dados e métricas internas e externas que sirvam de apoio e guiem as decisões que serão tomadas ao longo do processo de desenvolvimento dos produtos e possibilitem medir o sucesso das soluções entregues;**Requisitos e qualificações**- Formação completa Designer ou áreas correlatas;- Conhecimento avançado sobre pesquisa;- Experiência com design para plataformas digitais e aplicativos;- Bons conhecimentos em processos de UX, exploração de ideias e de ferramentas de design;Seria MUITO legal se:- Você tiver atuado no segmento financeiro e/ou fintechs;- Noções de temas técnicos (APIs, Design System, Front-end, Angular,...) para interação com equipes técnicas;- Conhecimento em técnicas de análise de dados e ferramentas de analytics (Power BI).**Informações adicionais**O que vamos te oferecer:- Vale Transporte;- Vale Refeição (Valor fixo mensal, inclusive em seu mês de Férias e sem desconto mensal)- Vale Alimentação (sem desconto mensal);- Assistência Médica e Odontológica e Seguro de Vida;- No dress - code;- Happy Day (No dia ou semana de seu aniversario tire um dia para aproveitar como quiser)- Licença Maternidade (6 meses) e Licença Paternidade (20 dias)- Flexibilidade no horário- PLR- Zenklub
