Propulsion Expert

Job Role We are seeking a skilled propulsion expert to spearhead the development of cutting-edge propulsion systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights into vehicle requirements and objectives. Utilizing advanced engineering principles, they will create reliable, efficient, and high-performance propulsion solutions. A comprehensive range of communication and system electrical drawings will be generated for all vehicles and phases. Key Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in electrical/electronics/automotive engineering. Strong understanding of engineering cost and time implications. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of engineering principles. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Passion for innovation and drive to contribute to pioneering projects. Familiarity with Agile-Scrum methodology and associated concepts. Sound knowledge of CAN and LIN components (HW/SW). Capability to create logical and physical schematics. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Highly motivated/self-starter with proven leadership skills.
