Job Title: Legal Counsel About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Review and track subsidy requests sent to China, monitoring all legal and response deadlines Support the preparation and analysis of returned subsidies Draft and send responses to official letters Organize and archive digital documents for easy access Liaise with external law firms, regulators, and industry entities Help monitor and follow up on area payments Requirements: Degree completed in Law OAB-licensed lawyer Previous experience in a corporate legal department or law firm Familiarity with legal-management systems and document organization Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office and knowledge of legal tools Nice to have: Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce Intermediate or advanced English About Us: We believe that diversity is the driving force behind innovation.
