**What role you will play in our team**:
The purpose of the Scrum Master is to make a great team that is enabled to deliver value to the satisfaction of the customer. The Scrum Master fosters team collaboration and team improvement. Where multiple teams are needed to work together in order to satisfy the customer, the Scrum Master can foster cross-team collaboration and improvement. Uses facilitation and coaching to better enable the team's self-improvement, self-healing, and self-accountability. Will also be called upon to be an active contributor in driving the integration of Agile values and principles across the organization. it's the job of the Scrum Master to foster the team's ability to consistently deliver work.
**What you will do**:
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scope and timeline.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders).
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during development.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams toward higher scrum maturity.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Advanced/Fluent English
