MISSÃO DO PMO NA KRONUS FIT Ser o guardião dos processos, cronogramas, metas e indicadores da empresa, garantindo disciplina operacional, visibilidade de resultados e execução eficaz dos projetos estratégicos desde expansão de unidades até evolução tecnológica, gestão e inovação. RESPONSABILIDADES Gestão de projetos e processos (OKRs, metas, cronogramas) Acompanhamento estratégico junto à diretoria e líderes das unidades Criação e monitoramento de planos de ação Implantação e manutenção de POPs e rotinas de gestão Gerenciamento do ciclo de expansão de novas unidades Controle de riscos, prazos e entregáveis Governança e padronização operacional REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS Experiência comprovada como PMO, Project Manager ou Gestão de Operações Domínio de metodologias (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, OKRs) Excel/Sheets avançado Capacidade analítica, organização e visão sistêmica Perfil mão na massa + estratégico O QUE OFERECEMOS Salário compatível com o mercado + bônus por metas Ambiente de crescimento acelerado Participação direta na transformação da empresa Acesso gratuito às unidades Kronus Fit Atuação estratégica ao lado do CEO #J-18808-Ljbffr
