Buscamos um Game Designer SR para liderar a direção criativa de um dos produtos da Pipa.
Funções

  • Conceber, refinar, e documentar jogos e features para as apps de Pipa Studios, de acordo com as necessidades e metas de negócio;
  • Garantir o balanceamento a economia dos jogos e features desenvolvidos através de testes e ajustes constantes;
  • Trabalhar com a equipe de arte para traduzir o conceito definido para a linguagem visual e narrativa dos produtos;
  • Atuar como peça-chave na squad, juntamente com PO, atuando como suporte no desenvolvimento das features ou jogos concebidos;
  • Avaliar o estado atual do produto pelo qual é responsável, acompanhando
  • Indicadores-chave de performance (KPIs) e propondo caminhos para incrementá- los;
  • Dar visibilidade aos stakeholders sobre andamento dos projetos em fase de Game Design;
  • Analisar concorrentes e benchmarks de mercado, trazendo insights para os times de produto.
Responsabilidades
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de UX para nossos jogos, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com o restante da equipe de desenvolvimento;
  • Projetar sistemas de jogo envolventes e balanceados, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com a equipe de desenvolvimento de jogos e com outros designers de sistemas;
  • Criar documentação detalhada de design de jogos e de sistemas para garantir uma comunicação clara e eficaz com a equipe de desenvolvimento;
  • Realizar testes de usabilidade e feedback dos jogadores para iterar e melhorar continuamente a experiência do usuário;
  • Desenhar e balancear a economia dos jogos, garantindo que seja justo, equilibrado e agradável para os jogadores;
  • Trabalhar com a equipe de desenvolvimento para garantir que os jogos sejam desenvolvidos dentro dos prazos e do orçamento definidos;
  • Analisar concorrentes e benchmarks de mercado, trazendo insights para os times de produto.
Requisitos
  • Imprescindível apresentação de portfólio;
  • Experiência com games mobile.
