Identity and Access Management Specialist We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions using the Okta platform. Key Responsibilities: Integrate applications for single sign-on (SSO) Automate user provisioning Configure authentication and authorization policies Develop custom solutions with APIs and SDKs This role requires a strong understanding of security protocols like SAML and OAuth/OIDC, along with experience in cloud environments and scripting languages. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining secure IAM systems that enable seamless access to applications and data. We offer a collaborative environment where you can grow and develop your skills. The associate will design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Okta platform. Requirements: 2+ years experience in Okta administration and configuration or 5+ years in other identity tools Full stack development experience (e.g., React or some other front-end framework, APIs, GraphQL and backends such as NodeJS, Drupal, etc) Experience writing JavaScript or Python code Experience working in agile teams (Scrum Preferred, Kanban sufficient) Strong technical problem-solving skills and proactive mindset AWS experience (S3 setup and management) Okta Professional certification or Okta Developer certification Dev-ops experience with Jenkins, CI/CD and Terraform Experience working with Jira Experience with XENA or willing to learn our processes
