Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos em busca de um desenvolvedor full-stack sênior para atuar no nosso produto de gerenciamento de atendimento (Service Management) Seu papel principal será desenvolver APIs e interfaces que sejam eficientes, escaláveis e capazes de entregar valor real para os usuários.

Responsabilidades principais
  • Desenvolver APIs robustas: Crie e otimize APIs usando Node.js, Express, Sequelize e MySQL, garantindo eficiência e escalabilidade.
  • Construir interfaces incríveis: Desenvolva aplicações front-end modernas com Vue.js e ReactJS, sempre pensando na melhor experiência para o usuário.
  • Automatizar processos de negócio: Use plataformas low-code / no-code para implementar soluções ágeis e eficazes, desde regras de negócio até fluxos complexos.
  • Liderar tecnicamente: Oriente e apoie outros desenvolvedores do time, participe de code reviews e contribua para decisões arquiteturais.
  • Garantir qualidade e clareza: Escreva código limpo, testável e documentado, sempre priorizando performance e adaptabilidade.
  • Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares: Traduza requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas inteligentes que façam a diferença.
O candidato ideal tem
  • Experiência em entregas desafiadoras: Você já desenvolveu projetos complexos com sucesso e no prazo.
  • Domínio técnico sólido: Node.js, Express, Sequelize, Vue.js/React.js e Vuetify são ferramentas que você domina e usa com confiança.
  • Habilidade com Docker e GCP: Conhece bem Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL e BigQuery.
  • Interesse por automação e inovação: Curte trabalhar com low-code / no-code e tem uma mentalidade voltada para otimização de processos.
  • Colaboração e comunicação: Trabalha bem em equipe, comunica ideias claramente e se adapta a ambientes ágeis e dinâmicos.
  • Proatividade e busca por excelência: Ama resolver problemas, superar desafios e aprender continuamente.
  • Diferenciais que brilham: Conhecimento em TypeScript, experiência com Scrum ou Kanban e paixão por performance técnica.
