We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager - Luxury Interior Fit-Out
Location: KSA & UAE Based Projects
ALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across luxury hospitality, cultural, and themed entertainment sectors. We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in luxury interior fit-out projects to manage and oversee multiple high-profile projects in KSA and UAE. This role will involve leading a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of world-class interior fit-outs from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex, high-spec interior projects, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality, on-time and within budget.
Role details- Role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located in Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
- Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.
- Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery.
- Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
- Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
- Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.
- Be the driving force behind timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection.
- 15+ years' experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
- Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
