The Mars Global Services Operations Manager champions the Financial priorities' agenda becoming a key enabler to develop initiatives and ensure Mars Global Services Finance strategy is met on the road of becoming a Value Creation Engine with Best in Class results while maintaining stable operations in all services.
This individual will work very close to the Mars Global Services Finance Director, the Finance Leadership Team as well as the BU Finance constantly exposed to Senior Management to ensure that the managed services solutions is positioning ideas to effectively drive operations.
The successful candidate will roll up their sleeves to engage with stakeholders, understand needs and opportunities, create and execute on plans and roadmaps. Additionally, provide focused support for Mars Global Services Finance cooperative objectives with the Finance BUs across regions.
What are we looking for?- +10 years of progressive experience in a large, complex, matrix organization.
- Large understanding of Finance Global Business Service operations.
- Experience managing finances processes from Business Unit perspective.
- Previous experience leading global teams to deliver successful results and talent development.
- Project Management experience providing a broad business knowledge and thinking discipline.
- Deployment of Management Systems with leading and lagging indicators for all towers and support the culture of Continuous Improvement in Mars Global Services Finance.
- Drive process and policies standardization across LATAM.
- NCFO End to End improvement leveraging positive impact across NCFO metrics leading standard work across the region identifying key initiatives and managing stakeholders.
- Supporting the Project Innovation, Optimization and Automation agenda across all service Lines by enabling a structured definition and lean execution.
- Lead the value creation agenda promoting the mindset across all service lines, identifying opportunities, connecting with the global efforts and benchmarking across Mars-region.
- Develop and execute the Effective Business Partnership strategy across the region and senior leadership team in Finance and Commercial departments.
- Work with over 140,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
