Supervisor(a) de Produção Supervisor(a) de Produção Responsibilities Supervision of the manufacturing of products, controlling process parameters, operational controls, production goals, safety and environmental goals; coordinating teams, controlling compliance with administrative norms and procedures, preparing technical documentation and applying quality, safety and environmental norms and procedures. Supervision of industrial activities, assuring compliance with the established goals in terms of deadlines, quantities, quality, accident risk and environment. Interrupt production in cases of risk of equipment break, quality problem, accident risk and environmental incidents. Production supervision aimed at ensuring better efficiency of labor, equipment and materials. Participation in the development of new products, through interaction with the Technology & Innovation department. Responsible for the progression of production orders. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and visual conservation of the factory, maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Contribution to the attendance of the master production plan. Inspection supervision of finished products, ensuring compliance with specifications. Administration of routine and people management, directing and motivating in daily routines. Monitoring operator performance, guiding them when necessary, aiming to maintain rhythm, quality and productivity of the work. Analyzing daily production program, seeking to identify deviations in process patterns, signaling corrections as needed. Identifying causes of equipment malfunction and requesting necessary maintenance and repair. Ensuring compliance with storage procedures, control, handling, movement and preservation of materials. Identifying, analyzing and evaluating the aspects and environmental impacts of your process establishing, implementing and guaranteeing the operational controls. Identifying non-conformity causes proposing corrective and improvement actions. Complying integral to company norms and procedures.
