**Job Title: Full-Stack Web Developer**
**Responsabilities**:
**Technical Skills**
- Full-stack, back-end & front-end developers - 2-5 years experience
- React/Typescript/JavaScript (must have)
- .NET Core/C# (must have)
- Azure services - Storage/SQL, Dashboards, Azure DevOps
- Authentication, Unit Test Framework, and Entity Framework Core
- SQL
- Data/analytics visualization skills (optional)
- Knowledge of and experience in general Lean-Agile principles
- Knowledge of and experience with Scrum process and data
- Experience in Design, Usability Testing, User Experience
- API Management
- Git Repositories
- CI/CD
**Soft Skills**
- Experience interfacing with customers and ideating on solutions based in customer interactions (problems, bugs, enhancements) (must have)
- Effective communication and pair-based teamwork (must have)
- Ability to influence and convey difficult / technical concepts and work across layers of the organization to drive understanding. Presenting solutions in a demo setting.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and patience with team members and customers
- Passion for learning
- Humility
