Accounts Receivable Junior Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skillful and communicative Finance Junior Analyst who desires to or already works within Accounts Receivable. Our ideal candidate has a finance background but must be able to communicate with different employee levels at the company while applying the guidelines provided and making sure that policies are followed accordingly. You will work with the accounts receivables team answering our customers questions by checking and reviewing company revenue invoicing and assuring the quality of bank reconciliation. While in that position you will have the opportunity of getting to know other departments and understand the back-office activities of one of the most powerful e-commerce infrastructures globally. You will also have the opportunity to : Collaborate with other teams (such as Sales Growth Accounting and Controllership teams); Provide assistance and support of routine accounts receivables including month-end closing responsibilities; Build relationship with customers; Build Revenues Analysis; Build analysis and monitoring of receivables; Suggest and implement improvements such as automatization of processes. ABOUT THE TEAM You will be part of our Finance organization which provides support knowledge and information that enables VTEX to ensure strong financial results. You will work with an international team but receive all the local support necessary to build essential skills to face any upcoming challenges and questions. WHO YOU ARE You are based in Rio de Janeiro; You must be graduated (or soon-to-be graduated) in Engineering Business Economics Accounting or related areas; Advanced Portuguese and English skills are mandatory; Advanced Excel skills are mandatory; You are a team player one of the most important responsibilities of a Finance team member is to interact with other teams; You have good communication skills to guarantee that other teams understand what youre asking for and the deadlines; You are organized with deadlines and focused on delivering necessary data timely; ERP experience is welcomed but not mandatory.
