Key Responsibilities Strategy, Innovation & Scaling Operations

• Define and scale a novel carbon removal product from early traction to a leading role in agriculture and mining, requiring bold strategy, deep market insight, and relentless execution.
• Lead the design and implementation of ERW deployment operations across Brazil with scalability in mind.
• Translate climate and carbon goals into operational strategies and regional delivery models.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, systemization, and data analysis.

Agricultural & Supply Chain Leadership

• Develop go-to-market strategies to integrate mineral products into established agricultural systems, building trust and partnerships for national adoption.
• Build strategic partnerships with input suppliers, logistics providers, and regional stakeholders.
• Oversee sourcing, logistics, and deployment of rock powder from mine to farm.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with standards, farmer needs, and regulations.

Science-Driven Operations & Technology Alignment

• Collaborate with Science, Carbon, and Tech teams to ensure smooth integration of R&D, field trials, and data flows.
• Bridge science and market needs, ensuring product effectiveness in real-world conditions.
• Support legal teams to uphold integrity in carbon reporting and environmental impact.

Team & Culture Building

• Build a leadership culture that is entrepreneurial, fast, and accountable, empowering high performers to become impactful owners.
• Lead, mentor, and grow operations teams across Brazil and globally.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and impact-driven execution.
• Empower regional managers and technical leads to deliver quality projects at scale.

Core Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in senior leadership roles in operations, supply chain, or agribusiness in Brazil, especially in high-growth or startup environments.
• Experience scaling ventures from inception to market success, ideally as a founder, GM, or CEO.
• Proven ability leading multidisciplinary teams and building scalable systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese and English.

We seek a strategic, commercial, and hands-on COO to lead our go-to-market strategy for mineral-based carbon removal products in agriculture and mining, overseeing our entire value chain. This senior role combines bold strategy with operational precision to drive scale.
You will work closely with our Chief Impact Officer and Head of Operations to manage regional deployment, farmer acquisition, and logistics. Collaboration with our VP of Science ensures alignment of field strategy with scientific standards and climate impact goals.
You will report to the CEO and be part of our Senior Leadership Team , leading a growing team including Head of Operations , project deployment teams, and strategic partners.
