Senior Coordinator, Pitch Content - Global Client Pursuits (GCP)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct pitch content audits, reviews, and updates to ensure high quality and alignment with recent developments.
  • Assist in drafting materials, presentations, and communications to promote pitch content best practices.
  • Support planning and execution of meetings and projects with stakeholders, managing trackers and streamlining processes.
  • Research and monitor new content developments, recommending enhancements.
  • Coordinate internal communications and draft updates for content management.
  • Engage with pitch automation technology to strengthen firmwide pitching practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless pitch content functions.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing skills in sales/client solutions content.
  • Experience in BD/Pitching for professional services.
  • Experience managing global projects across time zones with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work remotely in teams.
  • Client-focused, flexible, motivated, and energetic.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
