Backend Software Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual who has experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems using Go and related technologies. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems that interact with various data sources, including MongoDB and Kafka. In this role, you will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. To succeed in this position, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team. You will also need experience with AWS and GCP, as well as a strong understanding of cloud-native development principles.
