We are looking for a hands-on L&D generalist - a true all-rounder - who will lead end-to-end projects across the full L&D life-cycle for specific business programs. This role will ensure learning solutions are crafted and delivered according to best-practice processes and methods and always in alignment with our outstanding operating model.With thousands of support agents relying on L&D to equip them with the knowledge and know-how to help our customers, it's imperative that our L&D tools, content and deployment channels are efficient, effective and in-sync with business operations. The focus of this role will continuously shift to support emerging business priorities and help resolve problems where no solution currently exists**What You'll Do**:- Functionally lead projects in the LatAm L&D team (from planning to the evaluation phase)Run the specific processes for the L&D Team- Act as a consultant to the stakeholders and recommend solutions that will build an impact to the business performance;- Coordinate and lead large, cross-functional teams to deliver on OKRs in a timely manner- Communicate sophisticated processes and analyses to the appropriate audiences- Structure relevant documentation needed for projects- Estimate, seek out, and allocate team / cross-functional resources to meet objectives- Participate in special projects globally and cross-regionally to drive efficiency of the broader organization**What You'll Need**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Social Communication, Engineering, Psychology or similar;- Minimum 3 years of work experience with at least 2 years in Learning & Development or Project Management;- Strong project management skills with outstanding interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills;- Strong written, verbal, and visual interpersonal skills, and validated ability to influence and drive consensus at senior levels;Project Management courses or certificates;- Previous experience in CX environments;- MBA in Business Management or Project Management;- Knowledge in Excel, Google Worksheets, Tableau or any analytical tool;
