Job Overview This role is responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate data processing. Key responsibilities include handling Brazil payroll for employees in a digital platform, managing workflow to guarantee seamless data exchange, and acting as a primary point of contact for a payroll team. Process Brazil payroll for platform users, including regular cycles and off-cycle payrolls when required. Ensure efficient workflow by processing incoming and outgoing payroll data promptly and accurately. Act as the primary liaison for the payroll team. Requirements A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in payroll management. The ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. Experience working in SOX-regulated environments is beneficial but not necessary. A self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. About This Role This position involves managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
