This recruitment process is led by Time to Hire , the AI-powered recruiting marketplace that accelerates hiring across Latin America and the U.S. About the role We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our team and help build and optimize products that directly impact the experience of thousands of users. We’re not looking for a product manager or tech lead at this stage, but rather a hands-on senior engineer with a problem-solving mindset, motivated by conversion metrics, and comfortable working within multidisciplinary squads. Depending on your profile, you could join our Financial or Academic areas, contributing to strategic initiatives with a strong focus on innovation and artificial intelligence. Main responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize digital product solutions with direct impact on key metrics. Collaborate within product squads alongside engineers, product managers, and designers. Take ownership of solutions from ideation to delivery. Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance. Participate in roadmap definition and propose data-driven, conversion-oriented improvements. Contribute to a culture of proactivity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend or fullstack). Experience working on products with a significant user base (not just personal projects). Strong knowledge of backend development (ideally with experience in scalable architectures). Experience with React (preferred if you’re fullstack). Metrics-driven mindset and continuous product improvement focus. What we value even more Experience in startups or fast-growing environments. Ability to work autonomously with strong ownership.
