Procuramos Analista de Suporte que queira aprender e transformar sua carreira.
Nesta função você precisará ter:
• Inglês avançado;
• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em suporte a bancos de dados Oracle, SQL Server.
• Conhecimento adicional de redes de dados, hardware de servidor, Linux, AIX e sistemas operacionais Windows Server 2019 ou superior.
• Certificação MCSA: Administração de Banco de Dados SQL 2016 ou superior.
• Certificação OCA Oracle 12c.
• Certificação Oracle 12c OCP.
Pré Requisitos:
Conhecimento em ferramentas de suporte para coletar logs para infraestrutura no local/nuvem;
Banco de dados de suporte para nuvem OCI/Azure;
Experiência com Oracle v.1;
Experiência com banco de dados SAP de suporte Oracle.
