Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.**Your new role**:This position will give support for Universal Studios marketing team, attending Promotions, Partnerships, Media and Digital areas on its day-to-day routine. In Promotions & Partnership, key functions include contract administration, issue purchase orders, interface approvals between partners & HO creative team, supply partners with creative materials. In Media, main function is finance reports and budget spent control.**Your role accountabilities**:- Create purchase orders of the area, following the whole process until its closure, as well as register new suppliers- Send marketing materials to all third party, media partners and synergy partners- Promotions contract administration, including forms and documents filling of promotions proposals- Upload and update all promotions & partnerships activations in each movie deck presentation- Interface between partners and HO creative during approval process.- Budget spend control and financial reports**Qualification & Experience**:- Organized and detail oriented- Hands-on- Intermediate English (verbal, written)- Interest and knowledge of Excel- Good with numbers- Studying Business, or co-related areas- Willing to collaborate in teams- Good communication skills**Other nice to have**:- Advanced English- Loves cinema, pop culture and current trends- Familiarity with SAP- Knowledge on Power Point**How We Get Things Done****Championing Inclusion at WBD
