Key Responsibilities: Architect and deploy carrier-grade fixed network solutions across fiber optics, GPON/EPON, SDN/NFV, and bearer network ecosystems Master end-to-end bearer networks: optical transport (DWDM/OTN), metro aggregation, IP/MPLS backbone, and microwave transmission Lead and develop multidisciplinary technical teams driving innovation and operational excellence Drive technical strategy for large-scale network transformation projects aligned with business objectives Operational Excellence: Execute logical deployment strategies including provisioning, service activation, and zero-touch deployment frameworks Command Tier 3/4 technical support operations with root cause analysis and incident elimination protocols Optimize warranty lifecycle and spares inventory ensuring
