Overview Deliver the optimal Apple CX (customer experience) and supervise the buying journey for Apple products. Focus on achieving higher PDP views conversion and collaborate with Account Executives to identify pain points in the partners’ online journey from Search, PDP, Cart to Checkout. Recommend digital roadmap improvements to support account plans and test and optimize experiences along the sales purchase funnel. Implement WW digital best methodologies and build/promote digital QBRs with strategic partners to showcase insights and support future projects. Work closely with the marketing team to standardize, analyze, and automate digital campaign reporting into sales. Implement digital WW tools and automation into the ALAC geo, such as Salesforce Digital Experience Monitoring Cascade, to report digital online KPIs, web analytics, and performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Responsibilities Lead and optimize the customer experience and sales growth through data analytics and digital strategy. Provide data-driven insights to Sales leadership by managing and executing data projects. Collaborate with external and internal partners to analyze, present data results, and support program negotiations from analysis to implementation, reporting, and optimization. Identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options, and provide clear recommendations for sales growth. Transform KPIs into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively. Apply understanding of the eCommerce purchase funnel and CX data (e.g., CTR, page views, conversion rate, abandoned cart). Present and interpersonally communicate insights; support ongoing campaigns and product strategies. Utilize analytical tools (Excel, Tableau) and data mining techniques to drive decisions. Engage in online testing for UI/UX and base management; leverage SQL, Python, and AI tools as applicable. Contribute to a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience as a baseline requirement. Qualifications 5 years of relevant experience analyzing and deriving insights from customer experience and sales growth. Proven experience leading and implementing data-driven projects providing actionable insights to Sales leadership. Experience in digital commerce, retail media, social platforms, or marketplace sales. Experience managing external and internal partners, collecting and presenting data results to support program negotiations. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. Proficiency in English (written and verbal) required; Spanish fluency is a plus. Experience with SQL, Python, and AI tools is a notable advantage. Experience running online tests for UI/UX and data-driven decision making. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
