Tech Recruiter DevGrid is a UK-based IT solution provider with an offshore development base in Brazil. We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Recruiter to join an international team at one of Europe's most innovative companies. Summary of Responsibilities Partner closely with engineering leadership to understand their hiring needs while making hiring recommendations; Collaborate with leaders to understand, define, and build job descriptions; Build strategies to hire high-performing engineers; Generate strong candidate pipelines through outreach; Coordinate and execute introductory and technical interviews; Research, learn, and configure ATS systems for our purposes; Proactively develop and refine our recruitment processes; Find innovative ways to source and reach prospective candidates; Prepare internal and external documentation of candidate evaluations, and present it to internal leads and clients. Required Experience Solid understanding of LinkedIn workings; Proven work experience as a tech recruiter; Experience with different types of evaluation tools, interviews, and screening techniques; Pragmatic and goal-oriented mindset; Capable of building relationships across the organization; Excellent command of professional English, both spoken and written.
