We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead our sales strategies across Brazil, ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives. This role will involve extensive collaboration with both the local Brazilian team and our corporate office in Montreal, Canada. You will bring a robust network within the Brazilian market, including integrators and end-users, and display a keen ability to forecast market trends and cultivate industry-leading talent.

What your day will look like:

  • Strategically develop and expand the sales territory for our products, focusing on both short-term gains and long-term growth
  • Regularly visit customers, partners, and consultants to strengthen relationships and enhance business opportunities
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales quotas. Provide mentorship to develop emerging leaders within the team
  • Actively manage customer engagements from initial contact through to deal closure, including responding to RFIs and RFQs, preparing quotes, and crafting compelling proposals
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination within our ecosystem, maintaining regular contact with both local teams and international headquarters
  • Oversee and optimize the use of CRM and other sales applications to maintain accurate and actionable sales data
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with Marketing on local and national initiatives to enhance market presence and product reach
  • Ensure effective channel strategy implementation and manage policy compliance within project registrations and partner relationships

More about you:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry, particularly with VMS, Access Control, or PSIM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels, coupled with a proven track record of sales achievements
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to operate independently as well as within a team environment
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with a clear capability to close deals effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a clear understanding of IP technology and networking (a significant asset)
  • Valid passport and driver’s license with the willingness and ability to travel extensively

Technical requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of complex sales environments and the security industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese
  • Independent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to establish credibility and trust in the market

Mais sobre você:

  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência na indústria de segurança, particularmente com sistemas VMS, Controle de Acesso ou PSIM
  • Bacharelado em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação ou áreas afins; ou experiência equivalente
  • Demonstrar capacidade de construir e manter relacionamentos em vários níveis, juntamente com um histórico comprovado de conquistas de vendas
  • Fortes qualidades de liderança com capacidade de operar de forma independente, bem como dentro de um ambiente de equipe
  • Excelente gerenciamento de tempo e habilidades multitasking
  • Excepcionais habilidades de apresentação e negociação, com clara capacidade de fechar negócios de forma eficaz
  • Proficiência em Microsoft Office e uma compreensão clara da tecnologia IP e de redes
  • Passaporte válido e carteira de motorista com disposição e capacidade para viajar até 50% do tempo
