Engineering Lead – Fullstack Platforms (Go, Python, React) Coderio designs and delivers scalable digital solutions for global businesses. Lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of enterprise‑grade, data‑driven SaaS solutions across software, data, and infrastructure layers. Set technical direction, raise engineering quality, and ship secure, scalable distributed systems in a regulated environment. What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities) Contribute to both backend and frontend development Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Participate in technical decision-making Requirements 4+ years of experience in backend or fullstack development (Go, Python, React — knowledge of at least two) 3+ years working with AWS or another major cloud provider 3+ years building microservices and distributed systems 3+ years with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows 3+ years designing and consuming REST APIs and data processing workflows 3+ years working on SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade systems Hands-on experience with data science tools (NumPy, SciPy, Jupyter) Advanced English level (written and spoken) Availability to collaborate with teams in Eastern Time (ET) Nice to Have Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector) Experience with observability (logs/metrics/tracing), security standards, and compliance workflows Knowledge of security best practices and compliance considerations Benefits 100% remote Long-term commitment, with autonomy and impact Strategic and high-visibility role in a modern engineering culture Collaborative international team and strong technical leadership Clear path to growth and leadership within Coderio Coderio is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
