RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
Case Support will be responsible for working directly with the paying source involved in the sales processes of neuromodulation products. This position is vital for processes to be carried out with greater agility and consistency.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES- Contact with paying agreements to understand the purchasing processes.-
- Follow up on the processes, contacting the health plans and hospitals or checking the quotation portals to be aware of the status of the processes- Direct relationship with the commercial team NM- Perform other duties as may be required by management.
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES- Customer service (CS) team support
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in contacting agreements and hospitals for quotation and authorizations- Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, database programs and excellent typing skills.- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.- Self-starter and independent thinker with a strong results orientation.- Robust interpersonal skills, with evidence of teamwork and collaboration.- Demonstrated commitment towards LivaNova’s mission- knowledge in SAP- Knowledge of CRM processes
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree certification administration (will be differential) or related areas
