Cargo: Project Manager - PM´s Local e Formato de Trabalho: 100% Remoto. (Brasil) Modelo de contrato: PJ subcontratado pela Net2Source Para liderar de forma eficaz um projeto no Brasil com foco na Reforma Tributária Brasileira e atualização do Oracle EBS , o Gerente de Projetos deve possuir as seguintes habilidades e competências: Bilíngue (português e inglês ); Proficiência emplanejamento de projetos , agendamento, alocação de recursos, gestão de riscos e de tarefas; Compreensão dasregulamentações fiscais brasileiras e dos requisitos de conformidade . Conhecimento sobre impactos da Reforma Tributária será considerado um diferencial; Capacidade de coordenar uma equipe multidisciplinar (negócios, infraestrutura, tecnologia e equipes funcionais); Familiaridade com a arquitetura, os módulos e os processos de atualização do Oracle E-Business Suite será considerado um diferencial; Experiência na gestão de projetos de atualização de ERP , incluindo testes, customização e integração, será considerado um diferencial; Capacidade de se comunicar de forma eficaz com equipes locais, partes interessadas e fornecedores; Habilidade paraengajar e gerenciar diversos stakeholders, incluindo usuários de negócios, equipes de TI, fornecedores externos e órgãos reguladores; Fortes habilidades de comunicação para fornecer atualizações claras, gerenciar expectativas e resolver conflitos; Fortes habilidades analíticas para identificar problemas, avaliar riscos e tomar decisões embasadas. Qualificações Desejadas: - Graduação completa ou superior em Gestão de Sistemas de Informação , Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas; - Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência em Gerenciamento de Projetos de TI ou disciplinas relacionadas – Certificação PMP ou PgMP é desejável; - Fortes habilidades analíticas e conceituais; - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita, incluindo redação técnica; - Forte orientação a sistemas e processos; - Deve sentir-se confortável trabalhando remotamente e com pouca interação presencial com colegas e gestores; - Experiência comprovada em entrega bem-sucedida de projetos/programas de TI; - Capacidade de influenciar profissionais de negócios quanto aos motivos para adoção de soluções recomendadas, por meio de conhecimento funcional e visão de negócio; - Capacidade de trabalhar sem supervisão próxima; - Perfil proativo, comprometido com a entrega de trabalhos de alta qualidade em um ambiente dinâmico e acelerado; - Capacidade comprovada de fomentar o desenvolvimento de membros juniores da equipe.
