**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in the areas of event planning, team building, strategy, and vendor operations.
- Experience working with executive events.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English due to close contact with clients and local/global stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience managing multiple projects that require input from cross-functional stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate a changing environment and partner with diverse teams.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage all events, reports, and communication materials.
- Excellent project management skills.
**About the job**:
Partner Plex is a Customer Experience Center designed to host executive guests events, meetings, and executive training sessions. The main goal is to build the exchange of knowledge with clients and discuss the changes in technology and innovation, as well as the fundamentals and concepts behind this movement.
The teams mission is to deliver memorable customer experience for executives of clients, partners, and other Google strategic stakeholder to help Google build market thought leadership and strengthen relationships. You will work with sales teams, specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders in Go-To-Market, Marketing, Product, and several other teams globally.

At Partner Plex, we advise partners' C-suite executives on how best to accelerate their growth, by leveraging Google's broad range of businesses and products across Ads, Cloud, YouTube, Hardware, Play, and many other exciting solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee venue operations, ensuring facilities are running smoothly, maintaining working relationships with catering, security, logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with vendors and the global Experience Studio team. Act as the primary local point-of-contact to streamline communication and coordination.
- Lead event planning, execution, and support. Work with other teams to design creative events, manage budgets, hire external suppliers, and implement innovative experiences, including exhibits and executive programs.
- Analyze event data and generate insightful reports for leadership. Develop utilization forecasts and increase calendar predictability with attention to data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain and update internal communication tools, manage requests, enhance the internal website, and manage related resources for information flow and event organization.
