Overview DTC Growth & Performance Marketing Manager We’re a fast-growing DTC brand focused on AI-powered strategies and testing. We’re seeking a sharp, relentless DTC Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to take the reins on paid acquisition and scale Meta campaigns with precision. This is a hands-on, tactical role focused on driving efficient, profitable growth for a high-velocity DTC eCommerce brand. You’ll work closely with Cori (our Head of Growth) and a fractional Head of Growth to test creative, optimize funnels, and scale spend across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. You’ll manage eight-figure budgets, run structured experiments, and turn insights into scalable results — all while keeping CAC tight and ROAS healthy. You’ll thrive if you live and breathe DTC performance, have managed high-spend Shopify accounts, understand creative fatigue and attribution, and want to grow beyond campaign execution into full-funnel growth strategy while owning day-to-day results. You are: A paid media operator who has scaled Meta to $20K+/day while keeping ROAS and efficiency in check A creative executor who can write tight briefs, spot winning hooks fast, and keep the testing pipeline moving A funnel-minded thinker who understands how landing pages and offers impact performance A CAC optimizer who tracks contribution margin and LTV to guide decisions A self-starter who moves fast, QA’s everything, and catches issues before they cost money A team collaborator who works well with designers, CRO, freelancers, and the broader growth team An AI-powered operator who uses ChatGPT, Motion, Shopify Sidekick, or similar tools to ideate, analyze, and maintain velocity Someone who wants to master performance marketing for DTC, focusing on buying media, testing creative, and scaling what works Ambitious to grow beyond media buying — building toward a broader role in growth and strategy over time You love being part of a scrappy, high-ownership team that punches above its weight You’ll be responsible for: Scaling Meta campaigns (bonus if you’ve touched YouTube/Google) profitably — with clear CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets Building and launching creative tests at high velocity — new hooks, angles, formats, and iterations weekly Writing strong briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers that translate data into actionable creative direction Using AI tools like Motion, ChatGPT, and Shopify Sidekick to speed up analysis, ideation, and reporting Monitoring performance daily and making quick, informed calls on spend allocation, audience refinement, and creative rotation Building funnels and partnering with CRO and creative teams to turn paid insights into new pages, offers, and on-site experiences that boost conversion Driving consistent growth through disciplined testing, data fluency, and creative excellence Owning growth strategy — you’ll be guided and supported by both our Head of Growth and a fractional Head of Growth (yes, two) Managing a team — you’ll work with freelancers and partners, but your focus is execution and results Setting long-term vision — this role is about speed, precision, and performance You’ll thrive here if: You’ve managed $20K+/day on Meta and love being deep in the weeds of scaling campaigns You get energy from testing creative, refining funnels, and turning insights into growth You move fast, stay organized, and problem-solve through data — performance always comes first You treat CAC and contribution margin like your own P&L and know when to double down or pivot You’re hungry to grow beyond media buying, using this role as a springboard into a broader growth strategy You love being part of a scrappy, high-ownership team that punches above its weight What Makes Us Special We care.
