Security Manager Join the ARRISE team to apply for the Security Manager role. ARRISE is a leading supplier of player-favorite content to the iGaming industry, delivering end-to-end digital solutions from its headquarters in Gibraltar with worldwide offices. Role Purpose The Security Manager safeguards personnel and company assets by implementing and managing comprehensive security protocols. Responsibilities include developing, executing, and continuously improving security policies and procedures to protect against potential threats, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the Security Department to ensure all measures are effectively enforced. Responsibilities Supervise and control the daily activities of security agents, ensuring adherence to protocols. Investigate incidents involving access control systems and CCTV, addressing arising issues. Develop, implement, and maintain security policies in compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Create and update procedures and work instructions for the security department. Schedule and coordinate services and shifts for security team members. Integrate new employees by photographing them for internal documents, issuing access cards, and printing necessary stickers. Administer and oversee the proper use and maintenance of the locker system. Maintain ongoing communication with subcontractors to ensure proper operation and maintenance of security and fire alarm systems. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to address security issues and enhance safety measures. Interact with guests and employees professionally to provide a secure and welcoming environment. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safety culture. Requirements Medium-level studies. 5–10 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English. Proficiency in operating a PC. Excellent communication skills, self-control, and concentrated attention. Discipline, responsibility, dedication, motivation, and resourcefulness.
