Do your friends rely on you for your attention to detail and ability to keep things running smoothly? If this sounds like you, we have the perfect opportunity for you
At Bueno Law, we believe in changing lives through advocacy and excellence, which requires meticulous attention to detail. - Maintain detailed notes and records using Google Drive and Clio case management software.
- Notify attorneys and paralegals about issues with collected documents.
- Keep accurate records of all communications and submissions.

- Support other administrative or legal tasks as needed.
- Identify ways to streamline the document collection process.
- Stay updated on immigration document requirements and share insights with the team.
What Success Looks Like:
- Timely Collection: Collect 90% or more of the required documents within specified timeframes.
- Accuracy: Ensure all documents are reviewed and contain minimal errors.
- Client Satisfaction: Receive positive feedback on clear communication and support during the process.
- Data Organization: Maintain properly organized and accessible case files.
- Document Quality: Ensure all documents meet legal requirements and pass the “common sense” test (e.g., no identical witness letters).
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex requirements clearly.
- Experience in administrative, legal, or client-facing roles (immigration experience is a plus).
- Proficiency with tools like Google Drive and case management software.
- Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese (preferably both).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and open cases while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- A friendly, empathetic, and positive attitude, with a passion for helping others.
