Each Resort has several restaurants and bars, both event-based and more intimate, serving our Premium All Inclusive offer. You are
- Sociable, you know how to connect with our guests and build a trusting relationship.
- Efficient, you know how to manage priorities and ensure timely service.
- Attentive, you ensure each guest receives personalised service.
You will
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the organization of the service and respond to the Customer's offer.
- Greet customers in a professional, personalized and friendly manner
- Listen to the client and their suggestions in order to make improvements in collaboration with your manager.
- Participate in developing additional sales within the service (wine à la carte, fine dining...)
- Orient and help clients according to their profiles (family, couple, seminars...) and their nationalities.
Inform the customers about the type of restaurants and how they work (reservation, schedules, à la carte menu, buffet...).
- Ensure that health and safety standards are applied and respected
