**LATAM PMO Productivity and Lean Leader**
Leading the PMO, productivity and lean resources, he/she will lead the cost productivity projects governance, ensure adequate execution and visibility of funnel of projects as well as outcomes achieved.
Implement the Business System including daily management metrics, review and problem-solving cadence and agenda and process to address KPIs; implementing lean tools and training programs to enable PSR/action planning.
Help to shape and ensure adequate and effective ops mechs as a reflection on stablished DMS and smooth project execution and visibility.
In her/his PMO capacity, personally drive top 3 strategic projects for the business as well as stablish the cadence with other PMs to enable adequate governance and rigor on project execution.
Together with Latam CEO and staff members, deploy for Latam region the lean transformation including, but not limited to, the adoption and execution of the enterprise-wide definitions as well as locally self-designed solutions.
Be an integral part of the way we run the business for the long-term. This leader will focus on creating, supporting, and assisting the improvement efforts tied to the company's most critical business processes, primarily in the commercial and operations functions.
**Requirements**:
- Committed to peer leadership and partnership
- Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years in a General Management or lean/operational leadership role, including project management and cost produvitity
- Minimum of 5 years mastering a variety Lean and Growth-related tools such as: Strategy Deployment, Problem Solving, Daily Management, Standard Work, and VSM/Process Mapping
- Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a general manager's perspective
- Familiarity with lean methodologies
- Excellent time and project management
- Technical Expertise Possess the technical skills necessary to be credible; must have significant practitioner experience in Growth & Lean tools and processes
- Proven ability to bring order and structure to function and organization quickly
- Strategic mindset with hands on approach
- Strong commercial focus on customer and end user experience
